  • Our Team

  • Cathy - Insurance Coordinator

After a twenty nine year career in banking, I joined the Aesthetic Dentistry of Charlottesville family in December 2010 as the office receptionist. The position allowed me the pleasure of greeting our patients upon arrival and getting to know them. In August 2011, I transitioned into the position of Insurance Coordinator. If you have any questions pertaining to your insurance payments or statements, please feel free to give me a call.

In my spare time, I love spending time with family and friends, reading, going to the beach, and anything that gets me closer to nature. One of the things that brings me the most pleasure is feeding and watching God’s animals (birds, squirrels, deer, raccoons, bear, foxes, and turkeys) through the windows of my cabin in the woods.

  • Lisa – Dental Assistant

I live in Scottsville, VA with my husband and beautiful daughter, Karley and have been with Aesthetic Dentistry of Charlottesville for almost seven years. I started thinking about joining the dental field when I was a teenager because of my own personal experience with extensive dental work as a child and I now enjoy being able to come to work every day and help others who are in need of dental care.

  • Kristen - Registered Dental Hygienist

Coming from a family that typically hated going to the dentist, you could say it was unusual for me to have chosen a career in dental hygiene. This was, in fact, one of the main reasons I chose this healthcare profession. I graduated from Germanna/Northern Virginia Community College in 2008 with an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. Every day since then I have worked to disprove the negative connotations about going to the dentist while still providing the quality care my patients deserve. Every day at work is a challenge to beat the odds. I love my patients and what I do. I invite everyone to join our office and our wonderful staff in making going to the dentist a restored experience.

  • Becky – Treatment Coordinator for Dr. Hund

My dental career began in a small practice in Madison, VA, where I worked for 21 years before coming on board at Aesthetic Dentistry of Charlottesville in the spring of 2013. I am the proud mom of two grown sons, and when not at ADC, you can find me at home in Madison with my dog Zoey.
